7-10 business days.
Everything I offer is handmade and pieces typically are either made to order or ready to ship, with the majority of pieces being made from scratch when ordered so please be patient with us and expect a minimum shipping time of 7 business days, maximum of 10. If you ordered a Medusa of any kind, please expect the 10 days as they're our most intricate pieces to make and take time and focus, these cannot be rushed.
We only use UPS shipping so typically orders are delivered in 24-72 hours after shipment. If you have submitted a larger order, I will likely reach out just to touch base with a better time line.
You are more than welcome to skip the shipping costs (and the wait!) if you're within the Philadelphia area and would like to pick up your order. You can pick up your order at any of our markets with notice, or at our fishtown studio or south philly home.

Once your piece is ready, we'll reach out and figure out a time that will work for both of us for pick up.
At this time we do not accept returns and all sales are final.
SHIPPED PIECES:
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7days of receipt. Please take photos of the package and the damaged piece. We ship every package with insurance included so that your pieces will be covered due to any mishandling. We will get the situation resolved asap, whether it be starting you a new piece or show you any similar pieces we have in stock that we can ship out immediately. If a piece is a gift and someone would like to exchange it, we do accept exchanges of pieces in original condition within 30 days of original purchase (must have proof of purchase date).
PIECES PURCHASED IN PERSON:
Our policy is all sales are final. Upon purchase from the market, the buyer assumes full responsibility and liability for the item's condition once they leave as we have provided them with a good condition piece of their choosing and the transaction is complete. These pieces are not insured as they are hand selected by patron and taken possession of in person. If a piece becomes broken after possession, we accept no liability to replace or exchange it, but please reach out and we'll try to figure out a solution of some kind for you. If a piece is a gift and someone would like to exchange it, we do accept exchanges of pieces in original condition within 30 days of original purchase (must have proof of purchase date).
